Types of Melanoma
There are many types of melanoma varying in color, shape, and other notable irregularities:
The most common type of melanoma is the Superficial spreading melanoma. superficial spreading melanoma which usually occur to sun-exposed skins. Treatment is usually by excisional biopsy or removal of the entire lesion of the a damage area.
- Nodular melanoma on the other hand usually starts in dark blue color or some don’t have colors at all. This is considered as the most pugnant and aggressive form of melanoma. It thickens and grows rapidly from an existing mole.
- Lentigo maligna melanoma is usually prone and occur in elderly people. This is an evolved melanoma from lentigo maligna,which are usually found in sun-damaged skins. The affected skin are usually large, flat and areas are brown. Despite excision done for the treatment of most surgeons, the recurring rate is still high
- Acral lentiginous melanoma are usually seen in palms,under nails, soles and common in black people. Significant signs are notable brown streak under nails, dark of brown pigmentation of soles and palms
- Isolated Systolic Hypertension is usually occurring when the systolic blood pressure is above 160mmHg and 90mm Hg or below with diastolic blood pressure. This is prevalent to old people due to arteriosclerosis.
